Data Deletion Instructions

If you have ever signed in to the CrossLion ads management platform through Facebook and completed authorization, we hold data related to you. This page tells you how to have it deleted.

A full deletion request erases:

• Your Facebook public profile (name, user ID)
• The basic information obtained through authorization about your Business Managers, ad accounts, and Pages
• The long-lived access token and the list of permissions granted
• Your platform account and the sign-in session records tied to it
• Business data tied to your account, such as creative upload records

Campaigns, ad sets, and ads already created on Meta, along with the data their delivery generates, live on Meta's side and are outside the scope of our deletion. You need to handle those yourself in Meta's ads management tools, or request their deletion from Meta through Meta's own process.

This is the most direct route, and you do not need to contact us:

• Sign in to Facebook and open Settings & Privacy → Settings
• Find "Business Integrations" in the left-hand menu
• Locate CrossLion in the list
• Click "View and edit" to see the permissions currently granted, then click "Remove" to revoke the authorization
• In the confirmation dialog, tick "Delete all of the information this app has received" and confirm

Once you remove it, Meta sends us a deauthorization notice and we erase the corresponding authorization data. If you ticked the box to delete the information, Meta also starts a data deletion request and issues a confirmation code.

You can also come straight to us. So that we can verify your identity and avoid deleting someone else's data by mistake, please include:

• Your Facebook username or user ID
• Your platform account username, if you have one
• The exact scope of deletion — only the Facebook authorization data, or the platform account as well
• A contact address where we can reply to you

Our contact details are in the footer. Once we receive your request, we verify your identity first and then carry out the deletion.

When you delete the information this app has received on Facebook, Meta sends us a data deletion request. Once we accept it, we return a confirmation code along with a link to this page.

Facebook shows you that link in a form like /data-deletion?code=YOUR_CONFIRMATION_CODE. Open it and the code appears at the top of this page.

Keep it somewhere safe. Quote it when you contact us and we can find the matching deletion request and tell you where it stands.

For deletions triggered by removing the authorization on Facebook, we act on Meta's notice when it arrives, and usually finish within a few business days.

For deletions you request by contacting us directly, we act once your identity is verified and reply to you when it is done.

Once the authorization data is deleted, the platform can no longer manage your advertising assets. If you want to use the platform again later, you will need to go through the Facebook authorization flow once more.

For security auditing and legal obligations, some audit logs may be retained for a period after identifying information has been stripped out; those records cannot be traced back to an individual.

If you only want to pause for a while, you can revoke your signed-in devices in the dashboard instead of deleting everything.
